胶州市近两年来出台了利用内资政策,一季度,外地来胶登记注册的私营企业达到46户,比去年同期增长64.29%,占私营企业新发展数的26.14%。外地来胶人员70%来自浙江、青岛等地区,其中注册资本1000万元的青岛胶州湾半岛家园置业有限公司来自杭州。虽然今年以来个私经济特别是私营企业发展呈现出前所未有的好势头,但仍存在以下问题:1、私营企业发展数量不少,但发展不平衡,仅阜安、中云两个办事处发展的私营企业占全市新增私营企业的46.8%。2、科技型私营企业发展较少,新增私营企业70%是劳动密集型产业。针对存在的问
