作者在分析目前临床带教护士队伍中存在问题的基础上,提出了加强临床带教护士队伍建设应抓好五个环节:①选择:兼顾教师队伍素质、能力与分层次教学的需要。②受聘:颁发聘书,尽可能地举行受聘仪式,以增强带教护士的荣誉感和责任感。③培训:坚持培训合格后承担带教任务。④使用:在使用中考察带教能力,实行奖优汰劣。⑤再培养:通过各种渠道使带教护士素质逐渐提高。以上五个环节一体化有助于临床带教护士队伍稳步发展和整体水平的不断提高,并形成合理的层次结构。
Based on analyzing the existing problems in the current clinical teaching nurse team, the author proposes that strengthening the construction of a clinical teaching nurse team should grasp five links: 1 Selection: taking into account the quality of teachers, ability and the need for hierarchical teaching. 2 Recruitment: The letter of appointment was issued and the appointment ceremony was held as much as possible to enhance the sense of honor and responsibility of the teaching nurse. 3 Training: Insist on training after passing the task. 4 Use: Inspect the teaching ability in use, and implement the rewards. 5 Recultivation: The quality of the teaching nurses will be gradually improved through various channels. The integration of the above five links will help the steady development of the clinical teaching nurse team and the continuous improvement of the overall level, and will form a reasonable hierarchical structure.
