研究了栗疫病菌(Cryphonectria parasitica)菌株间单个营养体不亲和性(vegetative incompatibility,vic)基因差异对弱毒性病毒传递的影响。将含病毒菌株与具单个vic基因座位差异的野生型菌株配对培养,10 d后调查菌株间的病毒传递率。结果表明,相同vic基因型菌株间的病毒传递率为100%;在1个vic座位上的基因不同通常会降低病毒的传递率,在vic-Cc座位上基因差异菌株间的病毒平均传递率为85.93%,而在vic-Dd座位上基因不同菌株间病毒的平均传递率仅为10.30%,在vic-Aa、vic-Bb座位上基因不同的菌株间病毒平均传递率分别为44.12%、47.93%。vic-Bb座位上基因不同菌株间的病毒正反向传递率相差非常大,由vic-b菌株向vic-B菌株的平均病毒传递率为83.13%,而从vic-B菌株向vic-b菌株的平均病毒传递率只有23.15%;其他3个vic座位上基因不同菌株间的病毒传递率也具有方向性,但不明显。
The effects of differences in single vegetative incompatibility (vic) genes on the transmission of attenuated viruses were studied in Cryphonectria parasitica strains. The virus-containing strains were paired with the wild-type strains with single vic gene locus differences. After 10 days, the virus transmission rates among strains were investigated. The results showed that the virus transmission rate was 100% between the same vic genotype strains; different genes in a vic seat usually reduced the transmission rate of the virus; the average transmission rate of the virus among the differentially expressed strains in the vic-Cc locus was 85.93%. The average transmission rate of virus between different strains was only 10.30% at vic-Dd locus. The average transmission rates of viruses with different genes in vic-aa and vic-bb loci were 44.12% and 47.93% . The positive and negative transmissivities of viruses in different strains of vic-Bb were very different, and the average viral transmission rate from vic-b to vic-B was 83.13%. From vic-B to vic-b The average transmission rate of the virus was only 23.15%. The virus transmission rate among different strains in the other 3 vic seats was also directional but not obvious.
