作为企业管理重要的组成部分之一,成本管理的好坏直接影响着企业生存、发展以及经济效益的高低。怎样对成本管理进行正确引进和运用,是我国很多企业面对的企业管理问题,尤其是油田企业基础项目成本管理。资金占用严重,管理难度大,涉及环节多等,是油田工程基础项目成本管理的主要特点。提高油田基础项目管理水平,是一项需要各方面协调发展的系统工程。要想提升油田基础项目成本控制的质量就需要将项目成为管理始终贯穿于整个基础项目之中。本文主要对油田基础项目成本管理进行介绍,并对如何加强油田基础项目成本管理作出几点思考。
As an important part of business management, cost management has a direct impact on the survival and development of enterprises and the level of economic benefits. How to correctly introduce and apply cost management is the problem of enterprise management faced by many enterprises in our country, especially the cost management of the basic project of oilfield enterprises. It is the main characteristic of the cost management of the basic project of oilfield engineering that the funds are occupied seriously, the management is difficult, and many other aspects are involved. Improving the management level of basic projects in the oilfields is a systematic project that requires coordinated development in all aspects. To improve the quality of the cost control of the basic project of the oilfield, the project needs to be managed and always run through the entire basic project.
