随着我国经济的快速发展,我国科学技术水平的不断提高,我国电力工程取得了巨大的成就。电力工程作为国家重点建设项目之一,对我国的经济与发展有着重要的作用,必须保证电力工程能够安全、稳定地运行。电力工程是一种工序复杂、专业性强、技术要求高的项目,在建设过程中会存在一定的风险与隐患。这些风险因素会对电力企业建设与发展造成巨大的影响。基于此,本文对电力工程EPC总承包项目风险管理办法进行了研究,简单介绍了风险管理的重要性、特点及意义。对电力工程EPC总承包项目中存在的风险进行了分析,并提出相应的风险管理措施,以便电力工程总承包项目能够正常进行,为我国电力企业发展提供保障。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the constant improvement of science and technology in our country, great achievements have been made in China’s power engineering. As one of the key national construction projects, power engineering plays an important role in China’s economy and development. It must ensure that power engineering can operate safely and stably. Power engineering is a complex process, professional and technical requirements of the project, there will be some risks and hidden dangers in the construction process. These risk factors will have a huge impact on the construction and development of power enterprises. Based on this, this article has carried on the research to the risk management measures of EPC projects in power engineering, and simply introduced the importance, characteristics and significance of risk management. This paper analyzes the risks existing in EPC project of power engineering and puts forward the corresponding risk management measures so that EPC projects can be carried out normally to provide guarantee for the development of power enterprises in China.
