两年前,我接受了青铜系列剧《青铜之恋》的创作任务。刚到文化局不久,胡凤林局长找我谈话,要搞一部现代黄梅戏,反映火热生活,抒写铜都人的情感。 我需要到一线去采访。我选择的矿山是狮子山铜矿。在矿山呆了几天,下到井的最深处看工人作业,开了两个座谈会,查阅了矿山编的人物事迹。几天下来,我的印象是:矿工所拥有的就是高强度劳动、微薄的工资、生活的重负,他们憨厚朴实,不善言语;矿山资金不足,设备老化,资源正在减少;在井下才感到空气、阳光的珍贵。除了对矿山人的尊敬外,要命的是我没有任何创作欲望。
