备课是教师教学过程中的一个重要环节,抓好备课是教学管理的一项重要工作内容。为此,在各种各样的教学检查以及对教师的评价中,查备课笔记或教案就成了一项必不可少的内容和指标。目前,在一些学校、一部分教师中,不同程度地存在着教案与教学“两张皮”的现象,即教案并不是教师教学思想、课堂教学过程的真实反映,相当一部分教师做教案,是为了应付检查,是“不得不做”,教案为教学服务的宗旨远没有落到实处。教案与教学“两张皮”的原因是什么?教案到底应该怎样做?为了发挥好教案在整个教学过程中的作用,我们特别邀请了几位在一线工作的教学和管理工作者,请他们谈谈对此问题的做法和看法,希望对广大读者有所启发。
