婚姻的缔结,使男女成为具有权利义务的夫妻。其中生育权成为夫妻间一项特有权利和义务。由于我国缺乏生育权的相关法律,造成立法较滞后,对此研究上也存在不少分歧,在此本文作一简要探究。
The conclusion of marriage makes men and women couples with rights and obligations. The procreation right has become a peculiar right and obligation between husband and wife. Due to the lack of relevant laws on the right to reproductive rights in our country, legislation is lagging behind and many disagreements exist in the study. In this article, we make a brief exploration.
