采用XRD、SEM及TEM对催化剂进行表征,催化剂的活性组分是以纳米尺寸高度分散在载体表面上,催化剂具有较大的比表面积(211m2/g)和孔容(0.137mL/g)。在固定床反应器上考查氢气浓度、湿度、空速对催化剂活性的影响以及考核催化剂抗氨气、硫化氢中毒性能和使用寿命,结果表明催化剂具有很高的催化活性、较宽的使用边界条件、较好的抗湿性能、较强的抗中毒性能和超长的使用寿命,已基本能够满足空间内的使用要求。
The catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. The active components of the catalyst were highly dispersed on the surface of the support at nanometer size. The catalyst had large specific surface area (211m2 / g) and pore volume (0.137mL / g). The effect of hydrogen concentration, humidity and space velocity on the activity of the catalyst was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. The performance of the catalyst in anti-ammonia and hydrogen sulfide poisoning was evaluated. The results show that the catalyst has high catalytic activity and wide application of the boundary conditions , Good moisture resistance, strong anti-poisoning performance and long service life, has basically been able to meet the requirements of space use.
