本文对高通量测序技术及其在口岸传染病监测的应用前景进行了概述,提出国境口岸在应对突发新发传染病疫情时可以将传统的分子生物学检测技术与高通量测序技术相结合,实现对未知病原体的快速筛查和鉴别、对已知未分型病原体毒力与耐药基因等分子信息的精准分析。高通量测序技术可提高未知病原体的检测能力,提升国境口岸传染病防控水平。
In this paper, we summarized the high-throughput sequencing technology and its application in the monitoring of port-borne diseases, and proposed that at the frontier of ports, the traditional molecular biology and high-throughput sequencing technologies Combined to achieve the rapid screening of unknown pathogens and identification of unknown virulence known pathogens and drug resistance genes and other molecular information accurate analysis.
