本文介绍一项研制计划,它由导航星全球定位系统(GPS)联合计划办公室负责,由海军研究实验室(NRL)管理,旨在开发一种空间应用的 GPS 接收机及其相应的系统。将来,凡要求自主确定轨道星历表,要求星上具有跟踪协调世界时(UTC)的独立时间标尺,或要求自主确定姿态的空间计划均可利用该系统。本文讨论了这一计划的背景、当前技术状态、现有水平和本计划中预定的项目。 This article describes a development project that is managed by the Joint Star GPS Navigation Program Office and managed by the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to develop a space-based GPS receiver and its corresponding system. In the future, the system will be available for any space program that requires autonomous determination of the orbital ephemeris, an independent time scale that requires on-track Tracking Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), or a space plan that requires autonomous gestures. This article discusses the background of this plan, current status of technology, current levels, and projects scheduled in this plan.
