我国荒山、地质灾害区、石漠化地区和矿区等“困难立地”的生态治理已是林业无法回避的问题。在林业双增目标的要求下,就我国林业开展治山工作进行了思考与探讨。建议将“治山”纳入林业主要职能,并逐步建立起治山相关的政策、资金、科技等支撑体系,实施生物和工程措施相结合的治山模式。 Our country’s barren hills, geological disaster areas, rocky desertification areas and mining areas “difficult site ” ecological management has been the problem of forestry can not be avoided. Under the request of double-goal of forestry, thinking and discussion were made on the management of forestry in our country. It is suggested that “cure mountains ” should be included in the main functions of forestry and a supportive system of policies, capital, science and technology for mountain management should be gradually established to implement the mountain management mode in which biological and engineering measures are combined.
