随着经济全球化的发展,企业面临着更加残酷的国际化市场竞争,而竞争的实质在于知识人才的竞争,因此企业要想在竞争中取得胜利就必须要提高企业员工的知识技能水平,本论文从我国建筑企业员工培训现状出发进行分析,确立大型建筑企业员工培训的基本模式,根据建筑企业目前的挑战和机遇,确立现代建筑企业员工培训与开发的方法。为更好的加强员工素质和全面提升企业的核心竞争力提供借鉴。
With the development of economic globalization, enterprises are faced with a more brutal competition in the international market. The essence of competition lies in the competition of knowledge professionals. Therefore, in order to win the competition, enterprises must improve the knowledge and skills of their employees. Based on the current situation of staff training in construction enterprises in our country, the paper establishes the basic mode of staff training in large construction enterprises.
