本文介绍了我厂三八轧机(辊径300mm,辊长800mm)QC小组运用全面质量管理的基本工具,在生产实践中分析、试验、解决影响轧材质量的关键问题的情况。在PDCA循环过程中,把专业技术应用于QC活动,总结制订标准化工艺,设计成功圆、方、六角型材和各类扁钢的两个《标准化工艺操作计算图表》。从理论和实践上实现了工艺技术的统一和普及,使轧材质量和轧机产量有新提高。为充分发挥老轧机作用闯了一条门路,为多品种轧机的工艺技术标准化开辟了途径。
In this paper, we introduce the basic tools of TQC mill (roller diameter 300mm, roller length 800mm) used in Total Quality Management to analyze, test and solve the key problems that affect the quality of rolled material in production practice. During the PDCA cycle, professional techniques were applied to QC activities, and two standardized production process calculation charts of standardization process, design of round, square, hexagonal sections and various flat bars were concluded. From theory and practice to achieve the unification and popularity of technology, so that the quality of rolled materials and rolling mill output a new increase. In order to give full play to the role of the old mill a breakthrough in the road for multi-species rolling mill technology and standardization has opened up a way.
