一、前言输水压力钢管是水力发电站的主要组成部分,对钢管的腐蚀与防护已日益引起各方面的重视。据国内外有关的文献报导,日本、苏联和我国的压力钢管均发生了不同程度的锈蚀,如日本水电站压力钢管的最大锈蚀速度一年为0.1毫米左右;苏联明格查乌尔水利枢纽压力钢管的平均锈蚀速度一年达0.26毫米左右;我国福建省古田溪水电站的压力钢管内壁平均锈蚀速度一年约为0.23毫米。压力钢管锈蚀后严重影响了钢管的耐久性及安全运行,也造成了水电站发电量的损失。因此,近年来国外对压力钢管的防护措施进行了广泛的试验研究和应
I. Introduction Water pressure pipe is the main component of hydroelectric power station. The corrosion and protection of steel pipe has drawn more and more attention in all aspects. According to domestic and foreign relevant literature, the pressure pipe in Japan, the Soviet Union and China all experienced different degrees of corrosion. For example, the maximum corrosion rate of the pressure pipe in the Japanese hydropower station is about 0.1 mm a year; the pressure pipe of the Minggechaol Water Conservancy in the Soviet Union, Average annual corrosion rate of about 0.26 millimeters a year; China’s Fujian Province Gutianxi Hydropower Station pressure pipe wall average annual corrosion rate of about 0.23 mm. After the pressure pipe corrosion seriously affected the durability and safety of steel pipe operation, also contributed to the loss of hydropower generating capacity. Therefore, in recent years, foreign countries have carried out extensive experimental studies on the protective measures against pressure pipes
