目的介绍一种呼酸型三重酸碱失衡的判断方法。方法判断标准:①动脉血二氧化碳分压PaCO2>40 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa);②阴离子间隙>16 mmol/L;③血清K+<3.5 mmol/L或K+≥3.5 mmol/L时实测HCO3->预计HCO3-。结果低钾18例,无低钾者实测HCO3->预计HCO3-11例,两种方法联用共检出29例。结论本法具有简单、可靠、临床实用的特点,可作为呼酸型三重酸碱失衡的常规判断使用。
Objective To introduce a method to judge the acid-base triple-acid imbalance of Hu-acid type. Methods: The arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure PaCO2> 40 mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 kPa); ② anion gap> 16 mmol / L; ③ Serum K + <3.5 mmol / L or K + ≥ 3.5 mmol / L measured HCO3-> expected HCO3-. Results Hypokalemia in 18 cases, without hypokalemia HCO3-> HCO3-> expected in 11 cases, two methods were detected in 29 cases. Conclusion This method has a simple, reliable, clinical and practical features, can be used as a common judgment of acid-base triple acid-base disorders.
