高校肩负着文化传承和创新的光荣使命,立家规、正家风理应成为高校党员领导干部的政治责任。目前,高校党员领导干部家风家规建设仍存在着传承意识弱化、价值观念异化,参与意识淡薄、不良作风滋生,外部环境侵染、权力失范事件频发,制度不健全、监督管理缺位等困境。突破困境可从三个层面采取对策:社会层面,发挥大众媒体的宣传和舆论监督作用,营造良好的社会风气;高校层面,扎紧家风家规制度建设的笼子,加强监督体系建设;家庭层面,提升高校党员领导干部的个人素质,营造和谐的家庭氛围。
