目的:建立HPLC法测定心速宁胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙睛-水(48∶52)(1 000μL中含KH_2PO_43.4g,十二烷基磺酸钠1.2g)为流动相;检测波长为270nm。理论板数按盐酸小檗碱峰计算,应不低于3 500。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.0563~0.4508μg进样量范围内与峰面积值呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为96.96%,RSD为0.58%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、快速、专属性强,可作为心速宁胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in XCMG. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with octadecylsilane bonded silica as filler and acetonitrile - water (48:52) (1 000 μL KH 2 PO_43.4 g and sodium dodecyl sulfate 1.2 g ) As mobile phase; detection wavelength of 270nm. The number of theoretical plates berberine hydrochloride peak calculation, should not be less than 3 500. Results: Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.0563-0.4508μg, with an average recovery of 96.96% and a RSD of 0.58% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid and specific. It can be used as a quality control method for Xinsuening capsule.
