近年来,炉腹、炉腰立冷板的破损问题使人感到困惑。破损之快、数量之多都达到了前所未有的程度。例如马钢二铁厂2号高炉1983年8月大修开炉后八个月即开始发现炉腹立冷板漏水,至今一代炉役才两年多,炉腹炉腰三层72块镶砖立冷板中已有51块损坏,占总数的70.83%,给生产带来极大困难,不得不提前中修。当前这一普遍现象在某种程度上反映了现行冷却结构与冶炼制度的矛盾,更可看做是高炉强化冶炼进一步发展与冷却结构改进缓慢之间矛盾的产物。因此,改革冷却设备已是刻不容缓的了。在分析本厂具体事例时,发现几个带有酱遍意义的问题值得深入探讨,现予提出,希望有助于推动冷却设备的改造。
In recent years, the bosh, the furnace upright cold plate damage people confused. Damaged quickly, as many as the number reached an unprecedented level. For example, the No.2 blast furnace at the No.2 Iron Masteel of Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. began to find the leak of water from the belly upright cold plate eight months after its overhaul started in August 1983 and over two years ago. In the cold plate, 51 blocks have been damaged, accounting for 70.83% of the total, which brings great difficulties to production and has to be repaired in advance. To some extent, this general phenomenon reflects the contradiction between the existing cooling structure and the smelting system. It can also be seen as the product of the contradiction between the further development of blast furnace smelting and the slow cooling structure improvement. Therefore, the reform of cooling equipment is an urgent task. In the analysis of our specific examples, we found that several problems with the significance of the paste should be discussed in depth. We hereby put forward that it is hoped that this will help promote the renovation of the cooling equipment.
