目的:建立测定通便宁胶囊中大黄酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用KromassilC18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),以甲醇—0.1%磷酸溶液(83∶17)为流动相,检测波长为431nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1ml/min,进样量10μl。结果:大黄酸在2.429~12.147μg/ml间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998,n=5),平均回收率为98.75%(n=6)。结论:建立的定量方法操作简单、精密度高、重现性好,是控制通便宁胶囊质量的有效方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of rhein in Tongbianning capsules. METHODS: A Kromassil C18 (5 μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm) was used with a methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (83:17) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 431 nm, the column temperature was 30°C, the flow rate was 1 ml/min, and the injection volume was 10 μl. . RESULTS: Rhein had a good linear relationship between 2.429 and 12.147 μg/ml (r=0.9998, n=5) and the average recovery was 98.75% (n=6). Conclusion: The established quantitative method has the advantages of simple operation, high precision, and good reproducibility. It is an effective method to control the quality of Tongbianning capsules.
