高职院校是为社会经济发展培养技能型人才的重要基地,其人才的培养更加侧重实际工作技能和企业一线生产实践方面。这就要求在构建高职院校教学质量评价指标时,要有针对性的加大对教学过程中,实践教学技能方面教学质量的评价。在本文的研究过程中,从学生们的实践技能以及职业综合能力培养视角入手,并在教师的“教”、学生的“学”和用人单位的“用”三个细分维度,探索和构建符合当前职教体系的教学质量评价指标体系。
Higher vocational colleges are an important base for training skilled personnel for social and economic development. Their cultivation of talents focuses more on practical work skills and front-line production practices of enterprises. This requires that in the construction of higher vocational colleges teaching quality evaluation indicators, we must increase the teaching of teaching process, practical teaching skills evaluation of teaching quality. In the research process of this article, we start from the practical skills of students and the cultivation of comprehensive vocational ability, and make a detailed analysis on three aspects of teachers’ teaching, student’s learning and employer’s usage In order to explore and construct the teaching quality evaluation index system in line with the current vocational education system.
