第二轮修志工作开展以来,方志界出现“方志年鉴化”、“年鉴方志化”和“志鉴一体化”的修志观念。其原因是由于对地方志书和地方综合年鉴的性质、特征未加区别;或在志鉴编纂中存在不正确的编纂态度和方法,也是对《地方志工作条例》精神实质的误解。地方综合年鉴为地方志书提供资料是有限度的和有选择的,并且绝不是唯一的,更不存在相互替代的关系。第二轮修志中一些有识之士为提高志书质量和克服“方志年鉴化”进行了有益探索,具有一定的参考价值。
Since the launching of the second round of revision work, the concept of revisionism has emerged in the world in terms of “Annals of Local Records”, “Annals of the Annals” and “Integration of Records and Records”. The reason for this is that there is no distinction between the nature and characteristics of the local chronicles and the local comprehensive yearbooks, or the incorrect compilation attitude and method in the compilation of the records, which is also a misunderstanding of the spiritual essence of the Local Work Regulations. Local Yearbooks provide limited and selective information for local biographies and are by no means the only ones, nor do they have any alternative. In the second round of revision, some people of insight have made useful exploration to improve the quality of journal books and overcome “Annals of Annals of Local Records”, which is of certain reference value.
