将58例口服降糖药效果不佳的2型糖尿病患者随机分为优泌乐组30例采用三餐时注射优泌乐,晚睡前注射长秀霖;优泌林组(28例)采用三餐前30min皮下注射优泌林,晚睡前注射优泌林N3个月。结果两组治疗后,FPG、2hPG、HbA1c均显著下降(P<0.05),优泌乐组血糖达标时间明显缩短(P<0.01);乐组发生严重低血糖事件、发生低血糖次数、夜间低血糖次数均显著减少(P<0.01)。结论来得时联合优泌乐治疗口服药治疗不佳的2型糖尿病患者显示十分满意的效果。
58 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with poor oral hypoglycemic agents were randomly divided into 30 patients in the Yubile group, taking gavage at three meals and injecting Changxiu Lin before going to bed at night; 30min before the subcutaneous injection of Eugenin 30min, before bedtime injection of uric acid N3 months. Results After treatment, FPG, 2hPG and HbA1c in both groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the time of achieving blood glucose compliance was significantly shorter in YUDIEL group (P <0.01). The incidence of severe hypoglycemia, hypoglycemia and nighttime low Blood glucose frequency were significantly reduced (P <0.01). Conclusions When combined with Uroxeum, patients with type 2 diabetes treated poorly with oral medication showed very satisfactory results.
