文中介绍了在试验方案选择上,根据各种试验方案的特点及布氏硬度计的特点和工厂条件,选择了可靠性序贯试验方法。文中论述了试验参数的选择,试验的环境及条件,试验前的检查及老练处理方法,故障的判别条件及检查方法,最后根据试验中出现的故障和已打点总数决定的序贯试验曲线的位置情况,判别受试产品的可靠性实际水平是否满足规定的要求。通过试验表明:此试验方法对生产布氏硬度计产品的单位比较适用,整个试验过程投资少、效益高、速度快,是布氏硬度计可靠性试验比较理想的方法。图2幅,参考文献4科。
