作者在复习了有关皮样囊肿、表皮样囊肿成因及有关的实验研究的文献之后,认为对这些囊肿成因的解释尚有不明之处,从而也设计了两个实验。第一个实验是在鼠背皮下组织中移植埋入5×5毫米大的皮肤、牙龈、颊粘膜或颌下腺组织块,分别在术后5、7、10、14、30、60、90日处死各组动物(每组动物均10只),移植皮肤瓣者尚在术后180、360日各处死一组动物。
After reviewing the literature on dermoid cyst, epidermoid cyst genesis and related experimental studies, the authors considered the explanations of the causes of these cysts to be unclear, and thus designed two experiments. The first experiment was the transplantation of 5 × 5 mm large skin, gingival, buccal mucosa or submandibular gland into the subcutaneous tissue of mice and sacrificed on days 5, 7, 10, 14, 30, 60 and 90 respectively Animals in each group (10 animals in each group) and one group of animals were sacrificed on days 180 and 360 after transplantation.
