孟凡志1982年入伍,1985年开始从事烹饪工作,25年的刻苦努力使他从一个普通的炊事兵成长为一名上校军官。他师从山东初立建和北京王以均两位鲁菜大师,厨艺得到很大提高,使自己在鲁菜的基础上有所创新,制作技艺更精湛。先后被有关协会评为鲁菜大师、中国烹饪大师。近年来,他根据部队官兵的身体健康需要,开始钻研药膳养生知识,创制出很多药膳菜肴。孟凡志说,药膳能使部队首长和战士的身体更健康,强壮他们的身体,提高战斗力,更能适合现代社会的各项需要。2009年,孟凡志被中国药膳研究会评选为首批中国青年药膳大师。孟凡志现任中国人民解放军总参谋部政治部干部培训中心玉苑楼总经理,他带领着自己的团队,不断研制出系列药膳菜肴。
Meng Fanzhi enlisted in 1982, started cooking in 1985, and worked hard for 25 years to grow him from a normal cooking officer to a colonel officer. He studied under the guidance of both Shandong Litas and Wang Jing, both of whom have enjoyed great improvement in culinary skills. They have made innovations on the basis of Shandong cuisine and made superb techniques. Has been rated as the Association of Shandong cuisine master, master of Chinese cooking. In recent years, according to the needs of the physical health of officers and soldiers of the armed forces, he began to study medicinal health knowledge and create many medicinal dishes. Meng Fanzhi said that medicated food can make the head of the unit and the soldiers healthy, strengthen their health, enhance their combat effectiveness and better meet the needs of the modern society. In 2009, Meng Fanzhi was named the first batch of Chinese young medicated master by the Chinese Dietary Research Association. Mengfan Zhi is currently the general manager of Yuyuan Building, the cadre training center of the Political Department of the General Staff Department of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. He led his own team and continuously developed a series of medicinal dishes.
