本文通过文献资料分析,结合多年游泳教学的实践,对影响游泳技术学习的主要和直接因素进行了分析。认为:示范、讲解是形成游泳技术动作表象和动作概念的重要手段;练习的次数和练习的方式是决定游泳技术形成的关键;没有反馈就没有游泳技术的学习;游泳技术形成不仅是肢体练习的结果更有心理活动的参与。
This article analyzes the major and direct factors that affect the learning of swimming through the literature analysis and the practice of many years of swimming teaching. It is believed that demonstration and explanation are the important means to form the appearance of swimming technique and the concept of action. The number of practice and the way of practice are the key factors that determine the formation of swimming technique. There is no feedback on swimming technique. Swimming technique is not only the practice of body The result is more mental activity participation.
