目的 研究用激光诱发自体荧光 (LIF)诊断大肠癌的光谱诊断标准。方法 采用LIF技术对 5 8例大肠癌标本进行了检测。结果 有 5 3例 (91 4% )癌标本主峰峰强度 <5 5 0 0u,次峰峰强度 <2 0 0 0u ,波谷强度 <180 0u;而相应的非癌对照组织主峰峰强度 >110 0 0u ,次峰峰强度 >40 0 0u ,波谷强度 >380 0u。用该标准诊断大肠癌 ,敏感度 91 4% ,特异度 10 0 % ,假阳性率 0 ,假阴性率 0 91%。结论 癌组织与非癌组织的LIF有明显差异 ,通过测定组织LIF主、次峰及波谷的峰强度 ,可有效区别癌与正常组织。
Objective To study the spectral diagnostic criteria of laser-induced autofluorescence (LIF) in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods Fifty-eight specimens of colorectal cancer were examined by LIF technique. Results The main peak intensity of 5 3 cases (91 4%) was less than 5500 uu, the sub-peak intensity was less than 2 0 0 0u and the trough intensity was 180 0u, while the corresponding peak intensity of non-cancer control was> 110 0 0u, secondary peak intensity> 40 0 0u, trough strength> 380 0u. With the standard diagnosis of colorectal cancer, sensitivity 91 4%, specificity 10 0%, false positive rate 0, false negative rate 0 91%. Conclusion The LIF of cancerous tissue and non-cancerous tissue are obviously different. By measuring the intensity of the major, minor and trough LIF of tissue LIF, the difference between LIF and normal tissue can be effectively distinguished.
