目的研究岷当归3种不同初加工方法对其质量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定样品中阿魏酸的含量,原子吸收法测定各样品中重金属的含量,通过各样品中阿魏酸及重金属含量的比较,对岷当归3种不同初加工方法进行比较。结果熏炕法所得岷当归中阿魏酸的含量明显高于硫黄熏干法和晒干法的样品,熏炕法和晒干法所得样品中5种重金属的总量均低于硫黄熏干法的样品。结论岷当归的产地初加工方法应选用熏炕法。
Objective To study the effects of three different initial processing methods on the quality of Min-Angelicae sinensis. Methods The content of ferulic acid in the samples was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the content of heavy metals in each sample was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The contents of ferulic acid and heavy metals in each sample were compared. Processing methods for comparison. Results The results showed that the content of ferulic acid in Angelica dahuricae treated by smoked kang was significantly higher than that in smoked and dried sulfated methods. The total amount of five heavy metals in smoked kang and sun-dried samples was lower than that of sulfur smoked and dried sample. Conclusion The origin of Min danggui origin should be selected smoked kang method.
