每个班级中总有几个学困生跟不上课堂教学,到了高年级,这种趋势越来越明显。鉴于学生有同伴互助的需求和老师的精力有限这两个原因,于是笔者就在班级中开展同伴互助活动的研究。通过研究,找到了同伴互助的操作过程“选好师徒——签订协议——设置小组目标——培训师傅——开展互帮互助活动——每周小结——每月小结——学期末评优秀小组”。并找到了同伴互助活动的具体策略:①营造团结互助的班级氛围;②强化优生的助人意识;③建立合理的激励机制;④拓展同伴互助的时空。
