离心泵是工业领域中应用最广泛的通用机械。随着经济的发展,许多行业对离心泵的性能要求越来越高,传统设计方法已不能很好满足新的需要,因此提高离心泵的设计水平具有重要的意义。本文介绍基于计算流体动力学的离心泵性能预测方法,对离心泵内部流动模拟结果进行分析,得到离心泵内部定常和非定常流动的规律,为离心泵高效叶轮设计方法的建立提供依据。
Centrifugal pumps are the most widely used general machinery in the industrial field. With the development of economy, the performance requirements of centrifugal pumps in many industries are getting higher and higher, and the traditional design methods can not meet the new needs well. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the design level of centrifugal pumps. In this paper, the performance prediction method of centrifugal pump based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is introduced. The internal flow simulation results of the centrifugal pump are analyzed to get the regular and unsteady flow in the centrifugal pump, which provides the basis for the establishment of high efficiency impeller design method.
