本文主要从以下几方面介绍在不锈钢板板形攻关过程中取得的效果。 1)轧机动态辊缝稳定性对板形的影响,提高辊缝稳定性的方向,试验验证和收到的效果。 2)不锈钢板在轧制过程中的扣头、翘头的特殊性及解决它的特殊方法。 3)变形温度对不锈钢板形的影响,给出了现场实测数据的统计结果。 4)据现场实测数据,对影响钢板凸度的几个主要因素(冷辊型、磨损、热凸度和轧辊弹性变形)进行了多元线性回归分析,给出了一个比较简单的表达式。
