2000年颁布的《全日制小学语文教学大纲(使用修订版)》,首次用“口语交际”替代了“听话与说话”。提法的改变,是语文教学内容改革的一次质的飞跃。它不仅体现了时代的发展和要求,更突出了语文学科的性质,是“课程功能重新定位的产物”。
“Whole-day Primary Chinese Teaching Syllabus (Revised Use)” promulgated in 2000, for the first time replaced “Obedience and Speech” with “Oral Communication”. The change of formulation is a qualitative leap in the reform of Chinese teaching content. It not only embodies the development and requirements of the times, but also highlights the nature of the language discipline and is the “product of the reorientation of curriculum functions.”
