目的:研究大肠腺癌中抑癌基因p16的表达情况。方法:用免疫组化LSAB法检测71例结肠癌和直肠癌存档标本中P16蛋白的表达。结果:36例(50.70%)标本呈P16阳性,阳性细胞往往比阴性细胞有更明显的异型性,P16阳性与临床病理分级有关。结论:大肠癌的p16基因改变表现出异质性,即一部分肿瘤细胞为p16失活或表达不增高,另一部分则为p16过度表达。p16阳性肿瘤细胞在形态上的异型性特征以及P16阳性标本数在低分化大肠癌中明显增高,均提示p16过度表达可能与细胞的异常增殖分化有关。
Objective: To study the expression of tumor suppressor gene p16 in colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical LSAB method was used to detect the expression of P16 protein in 71 colon cancer and rectal cancer archival specimens. Results: Twenty-six cases (50.70%) were positive for P16, positive cells were more often than atypical cells, P16 positive and clinicopathological grade related. Conclusion: The p16 gene mutation in colorectal cancer shows heterogeneity, that is, some tumor cells are inactive or express p16, while the others are p16 overexpression. The morphological atypia characteristics and the number of P16 positive specimens of p16 positive tumor cells were significantly increased in poorly differentiated colorectal cancer, suggesting that p16 overexpression may be related to the abnormal proliferation and differentiation of cells.
