自克莱鲍特(Claerbout)于1970年提出用有限差分法实现波动方程偏移以来,相继出现了频率——波数域偏移及求和法(即基尔霍夫积分法)偏移等技术,使波动理论真正进入地震勘探资料解释领域,从而引起人们很大的重视。为了在国内推动这一工作的开展,本刊特将A.J.伯克霍特(A.J.Berkhout)所著的“地震偏移”(Seismic Migration)一书择要编译或节译分期介绍给读者。该书是迄今第一本关于地震偏移的专著。它较系统地论述了地震偏移技术的理论基础——波动理论,并在讨论波场延拓正问题的基础上引出其反问题——地震偏移。书中分别讨论了波数—频率域偏移、求和逼近偏移和有限差分偏移,并论证了这三种方法的互相联系,比较了各方法的特点。最后,书中还讨论了地震偏移中横向分辨力的界限。该书作者是荷兰德佛特技术大学应用物理系教授,曾长期在美国一些地球物理勘探公司从事资料处理工作,后离美至荷兰执教,既有深厚的理论基础,又有丰富的实际经验,因此该书除有理论价值外,还有较大的实用价值。参加全书翻译的有地质部海洋地质调查局计算站和上海同济大学海洋物探教研室的有关同志,编译或节译稿由徐仲达同志负责整理,肖一鸣同志校订。本编辑部在刊登时根据篇幅情况亦将作某些删节或调整。
Since Claerbout proposed the finite-difference method to realize the wave equation migration in 1970, the techniques of frequency-wave number domain offset and summation (ie, Kirchhoff’s integral method) offset , So that the wave theory really into the field of seismic exploration data interpretation, which attracted great attention. The author of this book is a professor of applied physics department of Deffert Technical University in the Netherlands. He has long been engaged in the data processing work for some geophysical exploration companies in the United States and then taught from the United States to the Netherlands. He has both profound theoretical basis and rich practical experience. Therefore, the book in addition to the theoretical value, there is a greater practical value.
