本文以玻璃模具的选材为前提,在80~950℃温度范围内对Si-Mo耐热铸铁的热疲劳性能进行了测试,着重分析了C、Si、Mo等合金元素、蠕化率和不同石墨形态对材质热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,C、Si、Mo等元素能提高材质的热疲劳性能;蠕化率越高,其热疲劳性能越差;球状石墨的热疲劳性能最好、蠕虫状石墨的次之,片状石墨的最差。为玻璃模具的选材在热疲劳性方面提供一定依据。
