应用植物数量性状“主基因+多基因混合遗传模型”方法,分析了辽粳371×辽粳326一次枝梗数(primary branch number,PBN)性状的遗传效应。结果表明:一次枝梗数性状的遗传符合两对等加性主基因+加性-显性多基因模型(E-4),两对主基因的加性效应相同,均为-0.618;主基因遗传率为48.4%。经SSR标记,利用Qgene软件对该F2代群体进行QTL分析,在第1和第8染色体上定位到两个基因位点qPBN-1-1和qPBN-8-1,加性效应分别为-0.736和-0.388,贡献率分别为11.7%和10.8%。遗传分析与QTL定位结果基本一致。
The genetic effects of primary branch number (PBN) traits in Liaojing 371 × Liaojing 326 were analyzed using the quantitative trait “Major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model”. The results showed that the inheritance of primary branch number traits accorded with two major additive alleles + additive-dominant polygene model (E-4), the additive effects of the two major genes were the same, both were -0.618; The rate is 48.4%. The QTLs were analyzed by Qgene software using Qgene software and mapped to two loci qPBN-1-1 and qPBN-8-1 on chromosomes 1 and 8. The additive effects were -0.736 And -0.388 respectively, contributing 11.7% and 10.8% respectively. Genetic analysis and QTL mapping results are basically the same.
