目的 探讨糖尿病 ( DM)患者脂蛋白α( Lp(α) )的水平的变化。方法 应用 ELISA法测定 5 0例 2型糖尿病患者和 35例正常人血清 Lp(α)的水平 ,并观察空腹血糖 ( FBG)、总脂固醇 ( TC)、甘油三脂( TG)等指标的变化。结果 糖尿病组的 Lp( α)及 FBG明显高于正常组。结论 提示糖尿病人群血清 Lp( α)水平明显升高
Objective To investigate the changes of lipoprotein α (Lp (α)) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Serum levels of Lp (α) in 50 type 2 diabetic patients and 35 normal individuals were determined by ELISA. The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) Variety. Results The Lp (α) and FBG in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in normal group.
