用擦伤电极法研究了3种不锈钢在含与不含Cl-离子的稀硫酸溶液中,分别于不同载荷下擦伤时,钝化膜的破坏与再生过程.测量了上述条件下的材料流失量.结果表明,钝化膜的抗擦伤能力与擦伤阶段的擦伤电流-时间曲线斜率有关,钝化膜的修复能力与载荷及合金成分有关.
The damage and regeneration process of passivation film of three kinds of stainless steel in dilute sulfuric acid solution with and without Cl- The material loss under the above conditions was measured. The results show that the scratch resistance of the passivation film is related to the slope of the scratch current-time curve at the scratch stage, and the repair ability of the passivation film is related to the load and alloy composition.
