本文介绍了一种适用于脉幅调制遥测系统的全 CMOS 化64路及32路电子交换子。它有体积小、重量轻、抗干扰性强、耗电省等优点。文内对主要单元线路进行了介绍并着重叙述了中规模集成电路八路交换子的扩展应用情况,列出了高低温下的实验结果,给出了整个线路的逻辑、方框图及波形图。线路中对目前 CMOS传输门在使用中易产生 SCR 效应采取了有效抑制措施,从而提高了系统使用的可靠性。文章还提供了对 PAM 信号进行编码时所要求的数种勤务信号。
This article presents a fully CMOS 64- and 32-way electronic exchangers suitable for pulse-width modulation telemetry systems. It has small size, light weight, strong anti-interference, power consumption and other advantages. This paper introduces the main unit lines and emphatically describes the extended applications of the eight-way exchangers in medium-scale integrated circuits. The experimental results at high and low temperature are listed. The logic, block diagram and waveform of the whole circuit are given. The circuit in the current CMOS transmission gate easy to produce in the SCR effect has taken effective measures to suppress, thereby enhancing the reliability of the system. The article also provides several service signals required for encoding PAM signals.
