沙特能源决策体系变动并未改变其对外能源政策,仍以“低油价”挤压美国页岩油市场份额。近期,沙特新国王萨尔曼大规模改组政府,进一步巩固权力。其中,沙特能源决策体系的变动备受关注。一方面下令废除石油和矿产事务最高委员会,但保留石油大臣纳伊米的职务;另一方面任命担任石油大臣助理的儿子阿卜杜勒阿齐兹王子为代理石油大臣。此外,沙特新国王成立了最高经济发展委员会代替原先的最高石油委员会,并任命另一个儿子穆罕默德王子为委员长。那么,沙特能源决策体系这一连串的变动,对该国和国际方面带来怎样的影响呢?

Recently, King Salman, the new king of Saudi Arabia, restructured the government on a large scale to further consolidate his power. Among them, the changes in Saudi energy decision-making system have drawn much attention. On the one hand, it ordered the abolition of the Supreme Committee on Petroleum and Mineral Affairs but retained the post of Minister of Oil Naimi; on the other hand, Prince Abdulaziz, son of assistant minister of oil, was appointed acting Minister of Petroleum.
