目的:观察扶正消癌汤辅助治疗食管癌术后化疗的临床疗效。方法:将76例食管癌术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组37例采用采用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)、顺铂(DDP)化疗,并作必要的对症处理。治疗组39例,在对照组的基础于术后即开始用扶正消癌汤,疗程12周,观察两组不良反应、KPS评分,并测定血清免疫球蛋白含量。结果:术后及化疗后治疗组在胃排空障碍、腹泻、食欲减退、体重减轻>5%等不良反应发生方面均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组在术后1月、化疗结束及化疗结束后2周KPS评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后IgG,IgA,IgM水平均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后治疗组有效率79.48%,对照组70.27%,两组总疗效相当。结论:扶正消癌汤能减轻食管癌手术及化疗所致不良反应,提高患者生存质量,提高机体免疫力。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Xiaogan Tang adjuvant chemotherapy for postoperative chemotherapy of esophageal cancer. Methods: 76 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the control group, 37 patients were treated with 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) and cisplatin (DDP) and the necessary symptomatic treatment was given. In the treatment group, 39 cases were treated with Fuzheng Xiaoyao Decoction on the basis of the control group after 12 weeks of treatment. Two groups of adverse reactions, KPS scores and serum immunoglobulin contents were observed. Results: The postoperative and postoperative chemotherapy groups were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01) in the treatment group with gastric emptying disorder, diarrhea, loss of appetite and body weight loss> 5% The levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01) after treatment and at the end of chemotherapy and 2 weeks after the end of chemotherapy. After the treatment group, the effective rate was 79.48%, while the control group was 70.27%. The total curative effect was the same in both groups. Conclusion: Fuzheng Xiaogan Decoction can reduce the adverse reactions caused by surgery and chemotherapy of esophageal cancer, improve the quality of life of patients and enhance immunity.
