1 概述攀钢氧气厂制氧机是国产FL-6000/6600型空分装置,其核心设备之一是切换装置。对切换装置控制的好坏,直接影响单位产品的能耗和设备的使用寿命。原切换装置切换系统采用Z-80A单板机,由于单板机自身的弱点,对工业现场复杂的环境无法适应,故障频繁,并经常偷停(死机),曾造成了重大设备事故,严重影响生产。现采用日本三菱公司的MELSEC F_1-60MR小型可编程控制器,代替原来的Z-80A单板机,
