绩效管理是被国内外管理人士公认的提高企业业绩的重要路径。然而现实中有很多企业却难以实施到位,其根本原因在于,绩效沟通尚缺乏文化上的有效创新,致使其流于形式。本文在挖掘中国传统管理文化的基础上,结合绩效沟通的运行实际,提出中国的一些传统管理文化,比如“顺道”、“重人”、“人和”、“守信”、“法治”等文化元素,恰恰是实施绩效沟通的灵魂,创新绩效沟通的关键则在于管理文化的融入与支撑。
Performance management is recognized by managers at home and abroad to improve business performance an important path. However, there are many enterprises in reality that are hard to put into place. The fundamental reason is that there is a lack of culturally effective innovation in performance communication, which causes it to become a mere formality. Based on the excavation of traditional Chinese management culture and combining with the actual operation of performance communication, this paper puts forward some traditional management culture in China, such as “Shun Dao ”, “heavy people ”, “people and ”, “ ”, “ Rule of law ”and other cultural elements, it is precisely the soul of the implementation of performance communication, the key to innovative performance communication lies in the management of cultural integration and support.
