在双轨制并行发展,市场机制尚未完全成熟的情况下,国营(合作)商业企业如何参与竞争,发挥主渠道作用,是目前亟待解决的问题。笔者认为,可从以下几方面思考。
With the dual-track system developing in parallel and the market mechanism not yet fully matured, how the state-owned (cooperative) commercial enterprises participate in the competition and play the role of the main channel is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. The author believes that the following aspects can be considered.
