2008年10月15日,中国联合网络通信有限公司在北京挂牌成立,原中国联通与原中国网通正式开始融合。众所周知,作为两家大型国有通信企业,由两家合并为一家并不是一件很容易的事,固定资产和营业场所好合并,人员岗位斟酌协调后也可以解决,但最关键、也是最难的要数两家不同文化的员工怎样重新组合在一起,高效工作,实现1+1>2。各自不同的文化理念、工作习惯、思维模式等会发生碰撞,这往往决定着“新联通”能否在最短时间内高效运作,实现“抱团打天下”。统一思想,才能统一行为。作为具有多年企业文化和团队建设培训经验的高级培训讲师和管理者,我想从以下几方面就企业重组变革时期对企业文化和团队建设谈几点想法
