目的:了解和分析临安市在岗乡村医生基本现状,探讨提高乡村医生业务素质和学历层次的适合途径。方法:对临安市288名在岗乡村医生的性别、年龄、学历、工龄及培训情况进行分析。结果:现有乡村医生队伍年龄老化、学历层次低、工作年限长、接受正规教育不足,已难以适应广大农村居民日益增长的医疗保健需求。建议通过严格乡村医生准入制度、加强在岗乡村医生的培训和学历教育、推行退休和养老保险制度及实行考核淘汰制等措施,来提高乡村医生的业务素质和水平,实现乡村医生向执业助理医师的转化。
OBJECTIVE: To understand and analyze the basic status quo of doctors in rural areas in Lin’an, and to explore suitable ways to improve the professional qualifications and education level of rural doctors. Methods: The gender, age, academic record, seniority and training of 288 on-the-job village doctors in Lin’an City were analyzed. Results: The age-old team of rural doctors aged, with low educational level, long working life, and lack of formal education, have become difficult to adapt to the growing demand of rural residents for medical care. It is suggested that rural doctors should improve the professional quality and level of rural doctors by strictly adhering to the system of rural doctors’ accession, strengthening the training and academic education of on-the-job village doctors, implementing the system of retirement and old-age insurance and implementing the system of assessment and elimination, Conversion.
