我省从1984年开始在贵州高原粳中筛选广亲和资源,从中得到一些有利用价值的材料。经改良,初步获得一批矮化的来源于贵州高原粳的广亲和新品系,与测交种测交产量优势很强。研究结果表明:贵州地方资源中存在数量可观的广亲和资源和一批籼粳交特亲和资源;贵州高原粳与矮籼的杂交亲和力明显高于普通矮粳与矮籼的杂交亲和力;贵州陆粳与矮籼的杂交亲和力明显高于贵州水粳与矮籼的杂交亲和力,且较好的贵州高原粳广亲和系主要存在于贵州陆稻中。贵州高原粳的广亲和性的遗传机理是复杂的,但容易转育。
Since 1984, our province has screened a wide range of affinity resources in highland japonica rice in Guizhou and obtained some valuable materials. After the improvement, a batch of dwarfing broad-compatibility new lines derived from Guizhou plateau japonica were obtained initially, which has the advantage of good cross-cross yield with test cross. The results showed that there were a large number of broad-compatibility resources and a group of indica-japonica compatibility resources in Guizhou local resources. The hybrid affinity of Guizhou high-altitude japonica and dwarf indica was significantly higher than that of common dwarf japonica and dwarf indica. Guizhou The compatibility of hybrid between Lujing and Dianxian was significantly higher than that of Guizhou-Guizhou and Dianxian. Guizhou-Guizhou broad compatibility was mainly found in Guizhou Upland rice. The genetic mechanism of wide compatibility of Guizhou plateau japonica is complex but easy to transfer.
