[目的 ] 观察和评价化疗并用乌体林斯治疗耐药肺结核的疗效。 [方法 ] 采用随机配对分组法将 72例菌阳耐药性肺结核患者分为化疗加乌体林斯的治疗组 (36例 )和仅用化疗的对照组 (36例 )。 [结果 ] 治疗 6个月后 ,治疗组涂阳阴转率 6 1% ,培阳阴转率 6 7% ;对照组涂阳阴转率 2 5 % ,培阳阴转率 31% ,痰菌阴转率治疗组显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组病灶吸收、空洞关闭速度均显著高于对照组。治疗组细胞免疫改善优于对照组。 [结论 ] 乌体林斯能改善耐药性肺结核患者的细胞免疫功能 ,增强化疗效果 ,有助于痰菌阴转、病灶吸收好转 ,可作为耐药性肺结核的免疫治疗和化疗的辅助治疗。
[Objective] To observe and evaluate the efficacy of chemotherapy and Wu-Lin-lings in the treatment of drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. [Methods] Seventy-two cases of bacilli-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into chemotherapy-treated group (36 cases) and chemotherapy-only control group (36 cases) by random matching method. [Results] After 6 months of treatment, the cure rate of smear negative conversion rate was 61% and that of negative conversion rate was 67% in the treatment group. In the control group, the positive conversion rate was 25%, negative conversion rate was 31% Negative conversion rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). The absorption rate of the lesion in the treatment group and the speed of void closure were significantly higher than those in the control group. The improvement of cellular immunity in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. [Conclusion] U. Olivins can improve the cellular immune function and improve the chemotherapy effect of drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients. It helps to reverse the sputum negative conversion and improve the absorption of the lesions. It can be used as an adjuvant therapy for immunotherapy and chemotherapy for drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.
