针对社会对高职教育人才培养的需要和高职教育教学模式中存在的形式单一,内容抽象性强,过度依赖教材,师生缺乏互动等问题,提出了构建基于能力培养的高职教育教学模式。首先,分析了高职教育教学模式的基本结构,包括教学模式的内涵、设计理念、分类和构成要素。将高职教育中常见的几类教学模式依据不同的学习理论进行了分类比较,提出了构建基于能力培养的高职教育教学模式的动态性原则,交往性原则和体验性原则。
In view of the need of social cultivation of talents in higher vocational education and the existence of single forms in the teaching of higher vocational education, the content is abstract, over-reliance on teaching materials, the lack of interaction between teachers and students and other issues, put forward to build a teaching model based on the ability to cultivate higher vocational education . First of all, the paper analyzes the basic structure of teaching mode of higher vocational education, including the connotation of teaching mode, design concept, classification and constitutional elements. According to different types of learning theories, several types of teaching modes common in higher vocational education are classified and compared. The dynamic principle, the communicative principle and the experiential principle of constructing the teaching mode of vocational education based on ability cultivation are put forward.
